Who we are

ZY-LO (zy-lo.com) is a lightweight booking CRM for small teams. This policy explains what data the service stores and why.

Data we store

• Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
• Workspace data: workspace name, booking link, plan, team members, and their roles.
• Booking data: details visitors submit on a booking page — name, email, company, message, and chosen time.
• Lead data: lead contact details, stage, owner, source, and follow-up dates.
• Notes and activity: notes your team writes and a timeline of changes made to each lead.
• Session data: a cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Plan reservations: if you reserve a paid plan, the email, team name, team size, and note you submit, so we can contact you about payment.
• Anonymous usage events: counts of actions on our public pages, such as a page view or a click on “View demo”, stored with the page path and time only. No cookies, IP address, or visitor ID are stored, and nothing is recorded if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

How we use it

We use this data to run the service: show booking pages, create leads, and help your team follow up. We do not sell lead data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Your responsibility for lead data

Workspaces control the lead data they collect. Please avoid storing sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or government ID information) in notes or booking messages unless it is truly necessary.

Planned calendar integrations

Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom integrations are planned but not yet available. When they launch, they will request only the permissions needed to read availability and create meetings, and this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your workspace is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account or workspace data, email support@zy-lo.com.
